Katherine is the founder, owner, and principal consultant at WorkSprout LLC, and she has spent over 20 years in the people arena, shaping how employees and employers connect and work toward a common purpose. Since 2020, she has worked with companies and individuals on a variety of projects from leadership development to team coaching, employee experience, performance coaching, communications, talent development, and benefits implementations.

Her career includes director-level roles in financial services across Employee Benefits, Employee Well-Being, and Employee Experience. Her range of experiences across HR and the business gave her hands-on involvement in driving growth, engagement, and retention by investing in people.

Katherine is an ICF-certified executive coach who helps leaders expand their capabilities, build self-awareness, and map out career growth. She previously lectured on career development at Georgia Tech, where she earned her B.S. in Economics, and will forever be a Yellow Jacket. She also holds ICF ACC and SHRM-SCP certifications, a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University, and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credential from The College of Executive Coaching.

When she's not working, you'll find Katherine on the sidelines of a baseball or basketball game, at a barre class, or cooking a new recipe for kids who would rather not try it. She also likes to sneak away to her back deck and read a mix of self-help and mindless beach reads to keep it balanced.
